Cachapas

In the oven

• Preheat your oven to 220°C or 428°F.
• Once the oven has reached the desired temperature, place the cachapas in a heat-resistant container or tray inside the oven and let them cook for 5 minutes.

Air Fryer

• Preheat your Air Fryer. Please check the custom settings in your air fryer.
• Place the cachapas in the basket and spray it with a cooking oil. Do not overcrowd the basket, cook one at a time or make a tower by separating each cachapa with a piece of parchment paper to prevent sticking.
• Allow to air fry for 7 minutes. Shake the basket periodically to ensure an even frying.

What are your shipping rates?

• We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 in the city of Vienna.
• A 3€ shipping rate on orders under 50€ in the city of Vienna.
• International Shipping (only in selected countries) is calculated based on the location and weight. Once you reach the checkout page, you're able to enter the shipping destination and see additional shipping methods and their rates.

What items are returnable?

We accept returns of complete, undamaged and sellable items within 14 days of receipt (with product exceptions like cheese). We have the right to refuse returned items that does not meet Maikki's return requirements.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return my items?

You may initiate a return via our Returns Portal or email us at allofmaikki@gmail.com with your order number and items you would like to return.

What if my items arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?

If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email allofmaikki@gmail.com with your name and order number. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund immediately. This will reflect back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We will refund any unused portion of the store credit coupon code.
