Hi there! Here we work hard to bring you a piece of our home to your table and make you feel as you’d never even left. We know how much you want the taste of the Caribbean, that perfect mix between salty and sweet that is only as good as the people you share it with.
Who we are
We also know that nothing makes you feel more at home than a homemade meal with your childhood favorites. Maikki is born from that feeling of homesickness we all have after a while, when we are far away of our lands and culture. We are born from the desire of feeling and wanting our roots in any possible way. As we like to say in Venezuela, food is the path to the heart and that path is our tradition and our cuisine.

Eduardo Madrid
Profesional cook. He is our beloved Executive Chef and definately our guy when we have events, caterings or crazy ideas. He sure Knows the Latin Flavor to perfection!

Alessandra De La Correia
Profesional Marketer. She can literaly sell you anything. But mostly she handles our Social Media, Marketing Department and overall communications!

Professional political scientist. When it comes to PR she is our girl, but most importantly she knows how to persuade and convince anyone!
